President’s Message

Dear Distinguished Members, Partners, and Stakeholders,

As a proud member of International Federation of Freight Forwarders Associations (FIATA), CLA successfully trained 17 trainers in Phnom Penh, conducted by a FIATA Master Trainer. This important achievement reflects our commitment to building sustainable local capacity and aligning Cambodia’s logistics profession with internationally recognized standards.

Our vision remains clear — to advance a professional, competitive, and globally integrated logistics industry for Cambodia. Our mission is to promote excellence through education, advocacy, and collaboration, while strengthening the capabilities of our members and supporting national economic growth.

In today’s rapidly changing global logistics environment, shaped by digital transformation and emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), adaptation is essential. CLA is firmly committed to transforming through high-standard training and professional development. By elevating competency and embracing innovation, we aim to add greater value to the supply chain, contribute to social development, and empower a new generation of Cambodian logisticians.

Last but not least, I am pleased to share that CLA is now operating with a new official website, enhancing communication, transparency, and engagement with our members and stakeholders.

As we welcome the New Year, let us move forward with unity, resilience, and shared ambition for a stronger logistics industry and a stronger Cambodia.

Okhna Hak Leanghor

President, Cambodia Logistics Association
